Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns/refunds on online gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a photo if there is an issue with your order.

Refunds
After contacting us about your order, we will evaluate how we can resolve the issue & will contact you further if a refund is the correct procedure.
